What was your favorite class in high school? (And no, lunch doesn't count.)
Religion class:)....It felt like we're all in the ICU then^^whenever our teacher would tell us some parables....and during those times we're really struggling financially and life was quite difficult....So I guess it gave me inspiration to appreciate life more^^
Time for holiday decorations! What does your city or town do to decorate each year that you most look forward to?
Christmas decorations most specifically the The Child Jesus in a manger....Christmas won't be complete without the Child Jesus in a manger in Bethlehem....Reminding us to humble ourselves....
When was the last time you received a hand-written letter in the mail? Who sent it?
I received a letter from a former student two weeks ago....I was touched because I guess he was too caring to have given me the letter while I was too busy to even reply to him....yet I told a neighbor of his to just tell him how I appreciated the letter he had given me....actually I still find it so sweet to receive a letter from the mail^^

Oh my...I have lots of good memories...The fondest would be the break times^^....and ofcourse having good friends in school....learning from them not only from the teachers....I remember one of my classmates teaching me how to do an embroidered "snoopy" and placing it on a bottle....by using used bottles and straw...Her name was Jeannette and she's now living in the US....Hopes she reads this so that she'll remember me^^.

Have you ever experienced a natural disaster? If so: when, where and what happened?
Yes ..and thank God we're able to survived the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo on June 15, 1991....A week before the eruption of the said volcano one of my sisters was on one of the nicest beaches of Zambales where Mt. Pinatubo was located....Little did they know that one week after their visit of the said beach which was really near the volcano, we would experience a fiery eruption of Mt. Pinatubo.... That's why my sister told us that there were big waves from China Sea during the time they were on the beach....This was they said an indication that something will happen to the volcano in just a week....On June 12, 1991 we were supposed to celebrate our independence day but something happened unexpectedly... We were shocked to have noticed some kind of big big clouds in the sky....and the sight was really frightening....They were like just near the roofs of our houses if you look up in the skies....They were actually ash plume of Mt. Pinatubo....We were thinking about what are we going to do when we saw the ash plume....We were discussing about our locations safetiness?.....Are we on a higher ground?.....Could we be directly affected.....When Mt Pinatubo finally erupted on June 15, 1991, only a few of our friends and neighbors had left the city....The night of the eruption was the only time most of our neighbors and friends decided to leave their homes....Yes it's true...you can't just easily leave the place where you had lived for the rest of your life....Questions like where will you go?....What place could be much safer? Some neighbors just left without knowing what to do....Others just stayed on their homes until things became a little safer....but others just won't take risks....The Americans in Clark Air base were directly affected so they had to leave....Our neighbors were asking us to leave already....but our parents told us to stay....together with some neighbors....They said we're much safer coz we're on a higher ground they said.....So we trusted our parents....but there were still feelings of uneasiness that you can't really explain....Imagine at 10 am in the morning the sun was already blocked and there was darkness all over your place....It seems like it's the end of the world....Your whole place was raining with light stones, ashes, sand, etc.....OMG I was like waiting for the city to cover us with sand....But since my brother had experienced sandstorms in Saudi Arabia...he told my other brother to get some shovels and remove some sand on our roof....We told our neighbors to do the same....and we were safe during that night of the day the volcano erupted....except for some tremblings of earth every now and then.....It occured mostly everyday for the first days of the week and as if we got used to it or got immune on those tremblings at that particular time in our lives....
We learned a lot on that disaster....We learned to appreciate the little things we have in life....There were no trees anywhere.....No fresh leaves to touch....No flowers to smell after that unfortunate event....Yet we got closer as people....We learned to share what we have with others....We learned to value our love ones.....We learned to be more patient and be contented of what we have....We learned to value all the things that God had created for us....
On June 16, 1991 at 6 am....The sun finally shone....Actually there was a storm at the same time when the volcano erupted.....It had somehow helped us coz there was a wider spreading of sand, ashes, sandstones in the air and had avoided a severe damage to a particular place....So when the sun finally shone my whole family tried to dig some plants or fruits that we could still saved on that day....It was still frustrating to see some of our things soaked in mud and ashes yet we knew deep inside, our spirits could never be soaked.....it could never surrender....coz we really wanted to see those gray plants turning to green again....

If you could only watch one sport (live and on television) for the rest of your life, which one would you choose?
Even though I don't play it I just luv baseball all the way^^....I guess one of the best games I've seen in baseball was the 1986 championship series between the New York Mets and the Boston Red Sox , particularly that heart pounding game 6^^....It's always exciting to watch baseball^^
