My buddy and I really had fun in school last Thursday....While we were having lunch she talked about her husband being away from home and working somewhere very far from the city....He is a fireman btw....So while we talked about him....she was worried of him having some allergies somewhere on his legs....She really wanted to have him consult a doctor regarding his condition but the husband refused and still left home to fulfill his duty.....So now it's my turn to "entertain" my buddy so that she won't miss her husband ^^
We started with identifying the province where her husband had been assigned….We had much fun locating the place coz I tried to show my buddy that I knew the place well but I was just really guessing coz I felt that a certain town is the same as the province her husband had visited…
So somehow she found out that I’m not an expert in locating places in our region^^….but somehow she said, “you’re right in a way coz the town you mentioned is adjacent to the province where my husband had been assigned”….Then I said to her….”OMG…they said there was a town near that province known to be the haven of some rebels^^…”…”Haha Sollee, she said smiling, I know you’re just trying to scare me^^…...Haha^_~….. Then my buddy showed her expertise in locating towns in our region….So she said things like….”Do you know the 8 provinces who fought the Spaniards during the Spanish regime in our country?” …I said yes ofcourse^^….”You know… she said, … you do not have to memorize them”…..You just need to follow a map wherein you have to consider where the starting point of a certain place is or you just have to have a point of reference….Like for instance….let’s start from…..”Batangas, then we shall pass to Laguna, then we have Cavite, then Manila, so those where from the south if our point of reference is our place….so she continued... then we have Bulacan, Tarlac, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija going to the north….You see each town are just near each other.....I said,…..”Wow …..that was really a very nice explanation”…..”So I told her that’s why we do have the NLEX and the SLEX too right?.....since those places are connected with each other….”That’s right”, she said…..
Then suddenly I wanted to know if my buddy is really an expert in locating places in our country….So I asked…..”Ces what if let’s take our place as our point of reference….How are you going to show me a map going to …(I told her of a place that was really very far from us^^)….I thought she would really use a map again to connect a town going to a certain town…but instead she said….”You know …just use a short cut okie^^”
.....Once I wanted to become a painter but it did not happen......I thought also of becoming a script writer in movies or a movie director but they didn't happen^^.....and lately I just wanted to become a leader in our community or "barangay"....Why?.....so that I could ask all my constituents to let all their dog pets wear pampers while roaming the streets in our barangay.....lol^^.....Why?......I couldn't take it anymore^^.....I always accidentally stepped on those "poops"where the dogs roam and usually are neglected by their owners^^.....
Once I was on my way to the church from school......and then it happened I noticed that....( I was already inside the church)...... when I smelled a foul odor and it was a "poop".....OMG^^.....there were the old women cleaning inside the church and the floor was really so shiny and bright......I panicked^^.....I didn't know what to do......I felt like so embarrassed to have poop in my shoes.....Some churchgoers were quietly praying and couldn't asked for help.....I didn't know if I should stand or sit ...I didn't wanna spread the "poop"on the floor......So I opened my envelope and got a piece of paper that read^^......"Certificate of Recognition is hereby awarded to:.....my name was stated on it.....for having won the blah blah blah"......Well.....yeah ...I tore it....to remove the dirt on my shoes^^....

It's funny...at home I am the servant at school I am the boss...Asking the kids to get me a glass of water....to buy me a merienda....asking them to open the windows inside the class...close the door....erase the board...etc. etc. At home I was like a servant, clean the bathroom, prepare food, wash the dishes, run an errand etc. etc...But then it makes me realize that each of us has a role to play in this world....
This morning while I was riding a vehicle going home after running an errand as I always do every Saturday morning...there was this driver who seemed to be drunk coz I really thought that he could have killed both of us with his style of driving....OMG...I realized also that I wasn't that prepared to die yet when he drove really fast^^....I remember two years ago I had encountered a driver like that who isn't afraid to die I guess....Maybe he is dead by now with his Evil Knievel style of driving while the latest one was like Michael Schumacher I guess^^.....I remember really wanting to shout at "Evil Knievel" then but because of my "shock" at how fast we are running I just prayed to God then to keep us safe and sound...but^^ instead of praying the Lord's prayer or Hail Mary then I remember saying "Lord bless this food that we are about to receive from thy bounty haha^^ while holding onto the vehicle really tight^^"...I was really so nervous then OMG....that was also the time that I realized that I wasn't that prepared to die yet^^But kidding aside...those drivers should know better....They should think of the welfare of those people around them....To all the drivers out there....drive safely ok?
Are we really concern about the welfare of others? Until now I am weak and still struggling to become a better person to be able to really serve others and serve God....and we need God's guidance to keep us safe and sound everyday...

A week ago my grandson Jaja was scolded by his Lolo Turing, his great grandpa.....just because of a "misunderstanding"^^....
It's because of "The Incredibles"^^....
Lolo Turing can't hear well anymore because he needed to have a hearing aid already....So when he was asking Jaja....."My grandson, what are you watching right now?".....Jaja softly said "The Incredibles"....But Lolo Turing didn't hear so he asked Jaja again of what movie he was watching....Jaja got irritated and said aloud..."The INCREDIBLES!"....but still Lolo Turing couldn't hear^^...OMG...he needed a hearing aid already^^.....so he asked again....."Hey....what are you watching?".....Jaja had a really big big voice and shouted "THE INCREDIBLES!!!!!"......OMG....his great grandpa really got so angry that there were smoke in his ears and held Jaja and spanked him many times T_T....."You little brat....you don't respect me anymore!!!", he angrily said....and so he hit Jaja and he just stopped when he saw Jaja's Mom crying already....
I think Lolo Turing's becoming too sensitive....that's what we concluded including Jaja's Mom....
So now everytime great grandpa asks Jaja about anything....the little boy would come close to grandpa's ears and would tell him anything he was asking....haha^^....Oh my...how much is the hearing aid btw^^....Well we all experience "misunderstanding" most of the time isn't it?....Well it's because we give meaning to those we should't give meaning to....and at times we don't give meaning to those that we should give meaning to^^.....Oh life^^.....Still I think life is so sweet,wonderful, amazing, incredible^^

For almost 12 hrs. we had no electricity yesterday..Though we do have the power now, still there’s no cable and internet connection..Something happened to them because of the storm yesterday, there were actually strong winds in the afternoon but they weren’t that strong compared to the others we had experienced..
In the morning was a pleasant one..We usually do our work in the morning here because we know it always rains in the afternoon..I spent most of my time looking for school supplies for me and my niece..
We were looking forward to “back to school”..so as much as possible we wanted to have fun before school comes..Like two weeks ago I saw “Speed Racer”..hehe.. Rain finds it hard to pronounce English words just like some Koreans or Japanese….Like, instead of saying “I love you very much” they say..” I robbed you very much”..haha…But I think he had enough exposure in the film though he wasn’t the main character..Is it obvious that I am his fan?..
We have no generator coz we are just poor..so what we do is just use an emergency light.. and it needed to be charged to keep its power..When it has no power anymore it gives us an alarm or a warning which sounds like.. “sa kilikili charge”…What was that?...My niece says it needed to be charged for it has low battery already.. But I thought it was…”sa kilikili charge”...kilikili means underarm in Filipino so it means. “putting it under your armpit”…..j/k^^;….This is what happens when you don’t know what to do anymore…
Oh my…still no internet..so I’ll just save this entry for a while…I need to charge the emergency light^^;
I went to my doctor this morning for our yearly check up....I had a really funny experience while I was at the X-ray room....So I went inside and the attendant who is a girl by the way told me to change my "outfit"(I thought there's no need to change coz I used to just have my dress on then turn my back and then snap).....But the attendant told me to get inside a room where we could get the outfits...I was in a hurry coz I knew there were many patients waiting outside so I had to make it fast....She just said wear the apron...Oh gosh my glasses got in the way so I took it out...I wasn't reading what's in the outfit so I just wore the one which hung on the left side...Then I opened the door and the attendant had a big smile on her face..."OMG...How could you Mam?"...."What did I do?"..."Why did you wear my outfit....that's private?"....so I said...."OMG....Haha...No problem...stay there pls. and I'll have your x-ray^^;"....At least I made her laugh coz I could see that she's so serious at that time...
Oh what a day....I had my other med tests as well...I hope my creatinine would be ok?...I'm still waiting for the results...I've been really careful with what I eat lately so I think it was just ok^^;
We do experience lots of pressures in our lives....When it happens I always think about my friend's reminder "to act with grace under pressure not pressure under grace"...hehe...
So what are some of those pressures?...Whenever I go to school there was this man who always ask me some unforgivable questions like..."Mam,did you get married already?"...Ofcourse he knows I haven't...But I have to tell him politely...."No I haven't"..."You should already...you know, it's better to have someone who would take care of you"...Well, thank God he didn't say you're getting old already hehe...
The next day...here we go again...the same man..."Mam, did you get married already?"...Oh my...that was his question a day before... gosh...as if I could marry for only a day!....That man really has given me lots of pressure huh!
Well I think it's just up to the person if she will be happy or not...single or married...As for me, I enjoy being single right now...I think we should all find ways to make our lives better no matter what status we're in...Though a co-teacher would always tease me..."Please follow this motto...Don't die a virgin!"....Gosh! ...I think pressures will never leave us in this world...
